Since 1996 we’ve been the shop riders call when the internet forums argue in circles. Now we build that same obsession into every electric mountain bike we ship.
The origin
Started in a garage, obsessed with dialing it in
Jenson USA started as a mail-order operation run by riders who couldn’t stand watching customers get sold the wrong bike. Three decades later, the address is bigger but the standard hasn’t moved: nothing ships until someone who actually rides has put their hands on it.
The electric mountain bike division exists for the same reason our parts counter does — because motors, batteries, and travel numbers are easy to get wrong, and we’d rather spend twenty extra minutes on your build than have you find out on the trail.
